Q:	How do I register with Excelsus Tuition Agency?
A:	Simple! You can either submit your application online, or you can call Gregory (HP: 90060189) to register through phone. Registration is free, and we will contact you immediately if there is a suitable match.
Q:	How will I be paid as a tutor?
A:	We will recommend a fee based on the market rate (negotiable) to the parents/guardians, payment will be made on the 4th week of the tuition, either by cheque or cash. For the first month of the tuition, you will receive 60% of the tuition fee from the parents/guardians. Excelsus Tuition Agency charges 40% of the tuition fee for the first month as commission for the matching service. Thereafter, you will be paid fully by the parents/guardians.
Q:	Are there any liabilities as a tutor with Excelsus Tuition Agency?

Q:	Am I expected to bring any documents with me on the first lesson?
A:	Yes! Please bring along the original documents of your highest academic qualification and identification card for verification with the parents/guardians.
Q:	What if the student terminates service with me before the 4th week of the first month?
A:	You will still receive 50% of the pro-rated fee from the parents/guardians. For example, let's say your tuition fee is SGD 200 a month for 4 lessons. The student terminates service with you on the third lesson. The pro-rated fee will be SGD 200 x 3/4 = SGD 150. You will receive an amount of SGD 150 X 1/2 = SGD 75 from the parents/guardians. This is only for the first month of the assignment. Thereafter, you will collect the full amount of the pro-rated fee if termination of service occurs.
Q:	What is the grading system about?
A:	Excelsus Tuition Agency believes in committing to the student even after the matching. We will follow up on the student regarding the progress of his subjects being tuitioned by us, approximately every three months.
Parents/Guardians/Students
Q:	How do I engage the services of your tutors at Excelsus Tuition Agency?
A:	Simple! Just fill up a form with us either electronically, or call Gregory (HP: 90060189) to register through phone. We will contact you immediately as soon as there is a match.
Q:	How do I make payment for the commission fee?
A:	Excelsus Tuition Agency charges a one time commission fee of 40% of the tuition fee for the first month for the matching services. Payment can be made either through bank drafts/cheques made payable to "Excelsus Tuition Agency" with the mailing address "10 Anson Road, #18-18 International Plaza, S(079903)" or through cash. For cash payment, we will send one of our staff to collect at your doorstep, free of charge! Date of payment is one month from the first appointment date. It is preferable that payment be made within 3 days from the date of payment.
Q:	I wish to change tutor for my child. What should I do?
A:	Just contact us through phone or email. We will replace the tutor at no extra cost to you, up to two times of replacement, after which an administrative charge of SGD 20 will be charged per change. It is recommended, however, that the change should not be made too often, as it is disruptive to your child's progress.
Q:	What if I terminate the service with the tutor? How should payment be made?
A:	If termination occurs within one month from the assignment, the tutor will receive 50% of the pro-rated tuition fee. The other 50% will be payable to Excelsus Tuition Agency. Payment to Excelsus Tuition Agency should be made within 5 days from the date of notice.
